If only it had integrated wifi…
I had the chance to play around with the Sharp Zaurus SL-C860 Llinux based PDA a few days ago, and I can honestly say that I have never been more impressed with a PDA. The CG Silicon screen is absolutely fabulous, and something about a pda with a BASH shell puts a large grin on this nerd’s face. Who else can run “top” to check their pda’s resources?
The only drawback: no wifi!!
If it only had integrated wifi, this would be the ultimate sysadmin tool. Wifi can be added thru the CF slot, but integrated wifi is just so much more sleek and trouble-free.
Let’s hope the US version will have built in wifi!!
